Our hourly rate starts from 15 USD/hour and we also propose standard packages for sourcing activities:
1) Fast track RFQ process:
Selecting the right supplier for long term manufacturing is not as easy as just picking up a provider in Alibaba or Made-in-China. Our process is defined to get the best results at reasonable cost while having a professional approach.
This process includes the following steps:
- Identify a list of potential suppliers from the market (a long list – up to 20 suppliers). The list is manually verified with real contact details, and with capability to deliver the required products.
- Draft and send an integrated RFI/RFQ to the long list suppliers.
- The RFQ content is based on project requirements, information needed for quotation as well as various information requests from customer and from SAOS based on our experience to ensure most relevant data is communicated.
- RFQ results are provided in an integrated document to ease comparison and decision for all the options.
- Manage and consolidate samples delivery from factory to end-customer
- Report a complete set of documents including RFQ results, supplier analysis and production risks on Chinese market.
Project duration is about 3 to 4 weeks, mainly related to supplier performance to answering in a timely manner.
Additionally, various meeting and weekly report are positioned from start to end to ensure the transparency, visibility and on time decisions.
Optionally, we can provide within this process:
- Factory review (cheaper and more business oriented than a factory audit)
- Factory audit, quality audit, social audit (SA8000)
- Price and contracting negotiations
- Scorecard analysis of each supplier
- Import safe service, for regulation compliances
- Visio-conference with the suppliers

2) Import safe:
As regulations in Europe is increasing complexity every year, there is no real alternative than using an expert team with a rigorous database that allows to import products fully compliant without the hassle of checking all the details.
Working with its local partner, SAOS is handling the certification process to provide a complete compliance solution:
- List all requirements in regard to the type of products
- Track and manage all the documents online with state of art system
- Verify document authenticity
- 10 years documentation storage online according to EU regulation

3) Laboratory test:
Obtain certified test reports and official compliances results using local laboratories. Having qualification organized locally not only reduces the total price, but also improves the delay drastically.
Based on requirements from product, it means:
- Select 3 laboratories in relation to testing specifications
- Negotiate price and delay
- Follow and manage the complete process until approved report provided
